Consultation Services

For consultation and advisory services:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled consultation may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Completed consultation services are non-refundable, but we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction

Physical Products

If we offer physical products in the future:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
• Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
